The Ciccone Estate reserve is made using very stringent criteria. Using low yielding Estate grown fruit, open and wild yeast ferments, oak of the highest quality and old and new age winemaking techniques filled with passion and dedication.
Ciccone Cabernet is a medium to full-bodied quality wine with intense and complex primary fruit flavors of succulent blackcurrant and raspberry complemented well with integrated French oak tones and pleasing mouth-coating tannins. Hand picked and matured for 12 months, this wine may be enjoyed now or cellared for several years.
