The Ciccone Estate reserve is made using very stringent criteria. Using low yielding Estate grown fruit, open and wild yeast ferments, oak of the highest quality and old and new age winemaking techniques filled with passion and dedication.
Ciccone Merlot is a soft medium bodied wine, hand picked at its ripest, and matured in fine French oak. This wine has a roundness and softness on the palate yet with structure and subtle tones of plum and berry fruit flavours, which produce a long lingering finish. This wine may be enjoyed now or cellared for several years.
