The Ciccone Estate reserve is made using very stringent criteria. Using low yielding Estate grown fruit, open and wild yeast ferments, oak of the highest quality and old and new age winemaking techniques filled with passion and dedication.
The Ciccone Reserve Shiraz speaks for itself. With intense aromas of black cherries and plums of the nose and exotic flavours of blackberry and dark chocolate on the palate transforms this into a medium to full bodied wine filled with silky tannins and mouth filling fruit driven characters. This wine may be enjoyed now or cellared for several years.
