The Ciccone Merlot Cabernet has been carefully hand crafted using traditional methods and modern technology to evolve a wine that is intensely varietal on the nose, showing spicy plum, violets and chocolate with hints of blackcurrant. The palate has a great fullness with sweet rounded fruit flavours and silky soft textured tannins. To add complexity and structure the wine has been matured in American oak. This wine may be best accompanied with veal, venison or pasta dishes. |
